Next, our prefessionally trained and accredited designers will re-style or stage the rooms to play up their best features, and to make them fresh and appealing. During this day, room-by-room, your house starts to look like a model home. Not only will you notice, but potential buyers will see that your furniture and possessions truly highlight your house. You will be amazed at the transformation when you return home! Our Full Service Staging saves you time and money. If you need a furnishing or accessory to complete the look for a room, but don’t have the time or money to drive all over town to find it, our Private Collection of items is the answer. We offer rental of our inventory just for this purpose. We have contacts in the trades who can make repairs, paint, clean, or do minor landscaping if you need it, too. All of these can be coordinated to transform your home quickly and get it on the market in stunning condition! |
Vacant Home Program Stunning Solutions can stage as little or as much of your vacant house as your budget allows. Studies show that empty houses don’t show as well as staged homes. Buyers only know what they see, not the way a space is going to be. Small bedrooms look small unless you show how well a full size bed and a few simple accessories fit into the room. The “empty” space around the bed actually makes the small room look bigger. Other tricks of the trade are setting up a vignette in a space that gives the room purpose. Odd rooms are hard for buyers to visualize and vignettes teach them how to use that space. We have great relationships with furniture rental companies and can select just the right pieces for your vacant home. Stunning Solutions is there to oversee delivery, set up, and removal of all rental items. We complete the vignettes with pieces from our Private Collection to make your vacant, cold house look warm and inviting. |
Walk and Talk Consultation Our Walk and Talk Consultations start at $250 and cover staging recommendations from the curb to the closet. They usually take 2 hours and give the seller everything they need to know to get the house ready for the market. A great motivator here is that we actually move some of the furnishings so that the seller gets instant results and gets them excited about the needed marketing changes. Nearly every single home needs this service. Even interior designers have a hard time critiquing their own homes before showing them to the buying public.
